Anyone have a property or recommendation that isn't Airbnb on how to find something like this?

Would love anywhere near mountains. Don't want to pay $5k/month.

My parents rent a nice place in steamboat for about 2k/mo. I believe they found the property in a local listing in the paper.

I've got a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom SFH in Albuquerque that I AirBNB, but would work directly with you if interested on a 3 month gig.
Not the "mountains", but as high as Denver (in more ways than one) and the Sandias are right there.

I've got a place in NW Arkansas. Not as cool as the Rockies, but the Ozarks aren't too bad.

2 bed / 2 bath. ~1800sq ft. DM me if interested.

I appreciate the responses. Arkansas is great (only visited Petite Jean park). I've got a couple kids so probably looking for a 3 bedroom place. Never been to New Mexico... Could be interesting

We did a month in Montana during end of summer 2020. We found it through AirBnB but talked with the owner about doing a longer term and getting a better rate for a full month.

ABQ - Three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, one half bath, and a two car garage. Blocks from Netflix Studios in a new, quiet neighborhood. Community pool a 2 minute walk away.

NOLA - Three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a fenced backyard with outdoor grilling and entertaining space. NOLA laws require I rent for 30+ days. Located on the north side of NOLA not too far from City Park. About 15 minute drive/Uber to the French Quarter.

There are several Facebook pages where vacation property owners rent direct. May want to check them out.
