My mom is selling the house she inherited from my grandparents after they passed.

Home is located in Mesa - Near Gilbert and Brown Rds.

Early 1970s build - 2200sf with 4beds/2baths. Has had some updates over the years (Kitchen, flooring and baths) but it could use a decent refresh. Thought about trying to sell to opendoor or a similar type venture but mom wants to list it with a realtor.
