No one has heard of Missouri City so we say "near Sugar Land". Our house is in Sienna, a master planned community with several water park pools, tennis courts etc. Easy commute to Houston's med center via Ft Bend Toll to Main. Spread the word if you know of anyone looking! Would be perfect for empty nesters as well, 1.5 story with one bed/bath and small climate storage upstairs, office or MIL suite outside with full bath, total about 3000 sq ft.
