If you had 1/2 acre land that's zoned for commercial, doesn't need detention, and you'd like to develop it into income producing how would you develop it or what would you build?
Its not on a main road or highway but sits just outside a subdivision with average to above average income households.
Don't think it'll get much traction for sale and I'd rather try to get income out of it long term rather than a one time sale anyway. Suggestions appreciated.
