I know rates depend upon a lot of factors. Was hoping to get a rough idea on current rates/terms for commercial property (most likely used for office space)

Just trying to get an idea for budget purposes on a deal we are considering.

Between 5.5 and 8 percent, depending on the deal.

People think I'm an idiot or something, because all I do is cut lawns for a living.

I just did a refi to a fixed 6.3% Bank first offered 6.95%. These guys have some wiggle room depending on the circumstances of the deal, etc,
