I am looking for a male roommate for the spring 2023 semester. There are two available rooms in our house. Rent is $525 a month plus utilities (water and power, internet is provided free). January rent is free as well. The all male house is around 1600 sq ft with a nice backyard and is in a nice area in CSTAT. About 15 minutes from campus and a five minute walk to a bus stop. Near Rock Prairie, so close to many restaurants and stores. The other current roommate and I are really chill and quiet and keep public areas clean.
