We are planning to start building our new home by the end of summer and trying to find the best construction loan rates. We have our final plans and I am going to run the build myself. I have a builder I can run everything through if needed for the lender. Any recommendations for lenders with the best construction loan rates/requirements? Located in South Texas. TIA!!

Prosperity Bank has a one time close product. Rate is the same through the construction period and when the build is finished converts to the same fixed rate. Not sure where you are is South Texas but you try and contact a PB near you.
