Posting this for my brother in DFW.... He has both a 2/2 (2021) and 3/2 (2018) townhome in the Windsong Ranch Villas. Says this is the community with the giant "Lagoon" (google it).
Both are being rented but coming available early next year and he would like to move them (ie discount)-simultaneously and quick before getting his agent involved. He asked that I cast this out here in the event someone is interested. Doesn't sound like he is interested in giving them away but would do a deal if it was all cash and no commissions.
Would also apparently make a good starter or second home. Within a mile of PGA Frisco.
