Yes, but...
1) Not everyone understands what that means in regard to their ownership until the disclosure explains it, and
2) Item 2 on that form is a fill in the blank that could inform you that what you perceived as "the property" is in fact largely owned by the State based on artificial fill, and
3) "tidally influences submerged lands of the state" can go inland a lot farther than people think.
