Considering renting an apartment in BCS to use on weekends for sports events or just to get away. Any recommendations of apartments that cater to a more mature-non student resident?

There are several complexes around the Copperfield Dr/University/Boonville Rd area.

I lived at Flora apts on Eastchester for a few months while in between houses and it was very nice and I don't think there were any undergrads.

The thing you want to look for are complexes that don't rent by the bedroom. You want the ones that only rent the entire apartment. That discourages students.

Or rent a Townhome; like at Summit Crossing or Spring Creek Townhomes off Decatur & Dawn Lynn. Or even the ones off Fitch.

One thing you might consider also is to do VRBO rentals when you are not there. I have a place and the STR business can be great. Let me know if you have any questions concerning this.
