We've got a move to the Denver area targeted for end of school year/early summer '24 and are looking for realtor & lender recs to help get the ball rolling. Main area is south & west suburbs. Anyone made the move and happy with their realtor?
Any of our Aggie lenders on here work in CO? This would be our primary residence. I know it's a little early for this part but would like to have some preliminary chats to get a decent idea of what things are looking like to make sure our expectations are based on reality before we start picking houses. Earliest I see is putting an offer on anything is maybe March.
