My wife's family has property in northeast Brazos county and there are numerous legal issues surrounding it. There is an oil/gas dispute that stems from several title issues. To the best of my knowledge, this is headed towards a possible partition in the future to separate her family's part from distant unknown heirs. Can y'all recommend an attorney familiar with real estate litigation that is also located in or near Brazos County?
