Thanks. They are both studios, as the bedroom area does not have a door separating it from the rest of the unit.

Those don't apply to our building in Mt CB. I pay a $40 annual pillow fee/tax per unit.

Gross. I wanna say these units have averaged about 225-250 nights/year the last few years. I probably have ~10 nights of owner stay or friends stay annually.

$75/month mgmt fee & $100/cleaning (which is billed to the guest). I handle bookings.
