Our weather has been all over the map this Spring, but one thing we all know for sure is Summer is on the way and it is going to be hot! If you have not already had your A/C system serviced this year, we would love the opportunity to earn your trust.
Life is full of surprises; don't let your A/C failing in the middle of summer be one of them. When Tru Service services your equipment you can rest assured that we will be thorough and honest in our evaluation.
We are scheduling HVAC service maintenances through the end of May. We offer our Annual Service Plus Maintenance Contracts that provide twice a year service, priority scheduling, weekends on call, and even a discount on repair parts should the need arise.
In lieu of the annual agreement, we also offer maintenance calls billed at our hourly rate. You receive the same amount of attention and service of our agreement customers during the service. One time maintenance customers do not qualify for the perks mentioned above that our Service Plus customers receive.

- Inspecting the indoor ducting.
- Checking the indoor fan and capacitor.
- Checking the indoor coil.
- Clearing the A/C drain line.
- Testing of drain safety switches.
- Checking refrigerant levels.
- Check all electrical components on the outdoor unit.
- Cleaning of the outdoor condenser.
