Looking to refi our house and wondering what people are seeing out there...

I am interested in a jumbo 5 or 7 yr IO

Right now Citibank seems to be the best option with a 5.375% rate after you move $200k+ into a new account and apply a .25% discount..

Anyone in the biz have a better option?

Rates are based on loan to value, credit score, occupancy and also how much that rate costs you. So, depending on those I might be better then offered without the need to move deposits and tie up into likely a low yielding account.

LTV is less than 70%, credit is around 800, primary home, only need to move the money for 2 weeks or so..

Based on that let me know...

Schwab (quicken on the back end) has been lights out for the last 10 years or so..

If you have something else to consider ... post it.
