As the title states, I'm looking for recommendations and feedback on multi-tenant property management software. Ideally, the software would need to be able to host multiple locations (54 totals doors currently), handle applications/tenant screening/credit checks and provide payment solutions. Does anyone on the board have experience with this, good, bad, and/or ugly? TIA

People think I'm an idiot or something, because all I do is cut lawns for a living.

Buildium or AppFolio is what I recommend clients who are not hiring property managers.

We just signed up for Yardi Breeze. Heard good things. We do commercial - mostly retail, restaurant and office. Sounds like it has good reviews for multi family as well though.
