Does anyone have access to this information? I had a neighbor's dog come onto my property and bite my tenant today. CSPD was called out but the officer that worked it did not contact me and is now off work for a few days. They refused to give me information also regarding rental registration. I even filed an open records request and they said nope.

Are you even sure they've registered it as a rental? I got a listing (by address only) and there are quite a few who i know are rentals but have not been registered.

If the home is in College Station city limits and not claiming a homestead, I am pretty sure the City of College Station charges the home owner the "rental registration" fee....at least they did us on our property. I would look at the Brazos County AD and notify the owner of the property from which the dog resides. You didn't mention you knew what property the dog came from but we assume you know.
