who designed the new TREC agent portal? I honestly didn't think it was possible to be any worse than the last one that was at least 20 years old, but it is. Congrats. Rant over.

I had both an agent and broker license to renew at the of the year, trying to figure out the new portal was one of the hardest things I did all of last year. Reason #1,000,000 why the private sector is better at everything.

You realtors have nothing on mortgage originators trying to renew through the federal NMLS website.

In 15 years I have not been able to do it without a mercy call to the help desk.

The new portal is a black hole. There is no information and now harder to get support. Their phone calls are jammed with people trying to escape the pit of death.

Id like to go ahead and throw in the FCC Universal Licensing System for worst website award nomination. I don't know how they make a single query take 53 seconds to complete and display, but they did.
