My wife and I are in the process of gaining mortgage pre-approvals in the Houston area. So far, we've talked to Member's Choice Credit Union (my wife's bank her whole adult life) and Envoy Mortgage (our realtor referred us to them).

We are first time home buyers in our early to mid 30s with a baby due in August, so we're hoping to get a house secured and moved into by July.

That said, we're looking to see if it's worth reaching out to 1 or 2 more lenders to shop and compare. We'd appreciate any recs y'all may have, so lemme know whatcha got!
