Saw some older posts, but curious on custom home builder options. Looking to build in the next few years 20 min outside of CStat. Probably in the 4500-5000 sq ft range, full custom, hill country transition style. Hard to find a lot of exact style matches around this neck of the woods.

I've went to parade or homes for years, so I know the usual folks there.

Any input on best options?

Any experience with McCulloch, flagship or JG designs?

I've lived here 30 years. If I were to build, Crowley is building it.

Crowley builds the nicest fully custom homes in town imo. High, high quality, and I believe you get what you pay for.
