How close are we to getting to chant that with confidence again? It's been missed for nearly 20 years now. I feel we are getting really close. A good fast hard hitting safety or 2 and I think we will hear that glorious ring getting into 2021.

Add a Jackson on the line and we may start hearing near the end of this coming season when this D really has to start coming together. Can't wait!!

I don't care what anyone calls them. But they're recruiting enough talent in the right places to be a top 10-20 defense in the near future.

If you sat in the stands back then and heard that chant when it meant something then you would understand.

It pisses me off today to hear it from a section just bc we are playing a good game defensively.

When we are truly back to being the real deal it will be awesome!

A lot of times the Wrecking Crew wasn't a defense, it was an offense. It moved the line of scrimmage backward. It took possession of the football. It scored. It scored a lot.

You'll never see another Wrecking Crew, here or anywhere else. Offenses are allowed to hold these days.
