You people have this weird Stockholm Syndrome when it comes to the sips. It was terribly naive and adorable, yet sadly pathetic, whenever you people thought you were going to ride sip coattails to the Pac-12. Additionally, you people thought the new big rivalry in the Lone Star State was going to be Texas vs. Texas Tech whenever A&M accepted their invitation to the SEC. Many Raiders thought they could gain rapport with the burnt orange empire by hating Aggies, completely oblivious to the fact that the Longhorns couldn't care less about Texas Tech or any of the other SWC schools.

It's hysterical to me that you think any of that is true.

That said, Texas is an in-state recruiting rival, so if I have to pick, I will hold my nose and cheer for Meatchicken.
