Star ranch is in good shape as I played it on Friday. As others have said, wolfdancer hasn't been in great shape and is the most expensive.

I play Colovista twice a week. It is getting better but not nearly as good as Wolfdancer. I wouldn't play Pine Forest. Last time the greens were almost unplayable and the marshal told us we were in luck that day because they were better than they have been in a while.
