This is a little bit of a shot in the dark, but I figure why not try and see what happens.

We are currently booked for Bandon August 11-13. We have great tee times, but the only downside is we have a different room each night. I am not to worried about it because they said we can head out to golf all day and just have to come back to a different room (somebody will move our bags). It's a mild inconvenience but not something I am going to not make the trip over.

We are on a waiting list for rooms those dates but I suspect they aren't going to go out of their way to review the reservations to find people in potentially the same boat.

I thought it can't hurt to put it out into the universe and see if I can find others in a similar position. Maybe we can solve each others problems!

We booked our Bandon trip kinda "last minute" and found ourselves in the same situation. However, we just packed our things in the morning as we headed to the first course. We'd eat lunch and play the second round. Then drive to the other room after hanging around the clubhouses/food options. It really wasn't bad at all and it sounds you've got it even easier if they are moving your bags for you.

Glad to hear it wasn't bad. Let's hope they make it as easy as described. The lady in reservations said all you have to do is leave your bags by the door and "check in" to your new room before you play that day.

We shall see, but if I am being honest I'd sleep on the couch in the lobby to play those courses.

When we booked our rooms for Sand Valley (other Kiser course) they stated they only had one room and I was put on a waitlist. When a cancelation occurred they called me and got everything switched over to a new room and all was good. If you have any questions just call the reservations at Bandon and talk with them. Both Bandon and Sand Valley were super easy to talk with and incredibly professional. Good luck and have fun

I called in June and got in Labor Day weekend and had the same situation. About 3 weeks before, I called to check and we were able to stay in the same room each night but the last. Checking out and back in went fine. Of course it'd be nicer to just stay in one room and not have to "re-pack" it certainly wasn't bad.

As for the trip ... I had a superb time. I expected a lot ... I expected my expectations would be met ... and they were. Just a superb place. Shuttles all over the place all the time getting you around. The golf obviously great. Just a smooth operation all around. This isn't a luxury experience but it certainly was very very good. Food was all very solid. Loved everything about it!
