Anyone have any info on membership (initiation, dues, etc)?

I've gone there all but one year since they opened, stayed 4 or 5 days and played both courses. I've hardly ever seen another cart of the course when out there. It's always been summer so it's hot but I've always wondered how much play it gets.

I have been a member at TPC San Antonio since 2017. My total membership cost was $32,475. That included a $5,000 club credit that you could use on meals, merchandise, hotel stay at the JW San Antonio. TPC was really looking for members at that time.
Current dues are $752 per month. The dues include carts. The great thing TPC does for members is that every day, with a few exceptions, one of the 2 courses is reserved for members only. The courses are rotated every other day. The Oaks course has been overseeded for at least a month and is still cart path only. I think beginning next week the cart path only is going away.

$279 for hotel guest is ridiculous. $279 is ridiculous.
I too have taken advantage of this. It was couple of years ago and the price was sub-$100. Looks like it runs $115 now with non-military accompanied guests at $159+tax. Tee times are available anytime Monday Friday or after 12:00 pm on weekends with only one foursome per last name.Agzonfire said:CapCity12thMan said:

It is. When I was looking into it last year, they had a deal for military members where they could book an open tee time 24 hours or less beforehand. May be worth looking into.
