No longer a member at Pecan Grove (Richmond) but members were supposedly notified that CBIGG was selling 20 properties off which PGOCC is one of.

I haven't played PG years but all I hear are complaints about crowds and facilities. I know when Fort Bend closed, most of those moved to PG.

Anyone privy to what's going on?

I'm a member at Willowfork in Katy and got the same email. Nothing much known other than they are selling properties and have prospective buyers. Emails says they are expecting to transfer to new ownership before September and maybe sooner. They are trying to combine properties and sell as bundles is how I read it (regionally). We will get monthly status updates. Not much more than that.

I hope the new owners allow playing multiple courses and improve a number of things about my club.

Has to be a positive as CBIGG is awful
