Anyone have a code and link for the MISIG?

As I've gotten older and fatter, my mobility and length of backswing has gotten bad. It's leading to me being too quick at the top and screwing up tempo.

I'm also getting sore from a single round of golf.

I've started the GOLFFOREVER program from Scottie Scheffler and Justin Leonard + some golf trainers. It's basically all resistance band work with some functional movements. It focuses on rotation and anti rotation to strengthen your core and your back (at least that's my 'personal program'. I've always DESPISED core work, but this core work is more fun and dynamic than laying on the ground doing crunches or the like.

I feel more athletic and powerful after 3 weeks and my back has not bothered me as much. It isn't cheap, but if you want something to help, it so far gets a HIGH recommend from me.

But does does it get you 20 yards gained with the driver and hooking your irons like a mofo that the MISIG does?

Check out Dynamic Golfers. They have mobility/stretching/warmup routines and some strengthening. All you basically need is a club and a yoga mat, and can do it from your home.
