We're nine rounds in on the TexAgs Grint Tour, '22-'23 Edition. The next event on the tour is the Pre-March Madness Classic with scores due at 11:59pm on 3.4.2023. Opens are one-round events, so you'll only need one 18 hole round to count.

This event is an "Open" which means there are 1,050 points up for grabs, paid out according to the below:
1st: 150
2nd: 108
3rd: 90
4th: 72
5th: 60
6th and Beyond: -3 Points for each place hereafter, 24th Place earns 3 points, 25th and beyond earns 0

To play, you need to get the Grint App and follow the instructions in the FAQ thread (or reach out to me) and play one round by 3.4.2023 at 11:59pm.

It's a long season, and some events are worth more than others, so get you some points now. Next event is the March Madness Special, where points are based on the number of participants.

Link to the FAQ, Rules, and General Info thread here and it's not too late to sign up...and it never will be.

As much as it pains me to say this, I am out for the foreseeable future.

I have been recently given news that I have a life threatening stenosis in my cervical spinal cavity, and must have corrective surgery or else face the consequence of death or severe loss of movement and paralysis. I won't be able to play for 3-12 months depending on my recovery.

Terrible as that sounds, it sounds like there's a path forward. Glad to hear there's a treatment of some kind and hope you're on the shorter end of that window.

I'm sure we can get another Tour going next year, so rest up for that.
