Looks like there are three courses. All resort. One looks like hotel guests only.

Cool Tamarindo story. My wife and I took a vacation without the kids to Costa Rica in 2017. We were in Arenal for a few days then went to Tamarindo. We stayed at a boutique hotel in Tamarindo (Hotel Capitan Suizo) that might have had 25 rooms. At breakfast, I see a guy who's clearly 7 feet tall or more. You don't see dudes this big every day. Then I notice that his legs don't look normal - he's clearly had multiple surgeries and reconstruction. His face looks familiar, but I can't quite put together where I'd seen him before. Then I realized who he was - Sam Bowie. The Sam Bowie that was picked one spot ahead of Michael Jordan. My wife and I were 33 at the time, and he was well into his fifties. The blond girl he was with was drop dead gorgeous and clearly younger than 30. He and I spoke for about 20 minutes. Super nice dude.

This is completely unrelated to your question. But a cool story nonetheless.

We played Reserva Cochal. It was a great course on an amazing piece of property. It is private but you can play if you pay a resort fee
