Renovation

Assuming you're talking about Dallas, it's under renovation. Royal Oaks, DCC, and DAC are all currently doing course renovations.

ROCC project is primarily a replacement of irrigation and a re-grassing fairways and greens. Also gonna get rid of a few bunkers and rework a few elements on a few holes and add distance to tips. Biggest of those reworks is shortening 16 such that it's a wedge length vs 190-200 yd shot. This will allow the short game area to expand. Been a rough spring as they have been killing fairways since winter. Idea is to do the work such that the grass comes in during peak growing season to shorten total time. Course closes after Memorial Day and they are saying first week of October it should reopen. Project is being done out of cash … no capital call.
