A little ways into today's rounds, its sounding like the cut line will be -1. Sam Bennett just made a 42 ft putt to birdie the 3rd and get to -3. Tied for 15th currently and the leader is at -6. Would be great to make another weekend and build some momentum going into next week.

Unfortunately, looks like it will be raining all morning for those already out playing so hopefully this wont affect play too much out there.

Very excited to see Ludvig Aberg's hot start.

Also glad to see that PGA Tour comms and the rest of golf media seems to have gotten over their Block obsession since we don't have dedicated Block-cam anymore like we had to suffer through at Colonial

Sam has bogied both par 3's so far today. That's the killer. Apparently #11 te second par 3 is one of the toughest holes on the course though.

Yeah, he seemed to struggle on the par 3s today, bogeying all 3 of them. Looks like he had a great 2nd shot on 18 though and has a 15 foot putt for eagle. A birdie here would be huge in making sure he's playing the weekend

Birdied 18! So got back to even to end his round and -2 overall. Projected cut line is still -1 and likely to stay there.
