No he wasn't. Not even close.

I can't say how he was in college but he is a sandbagger on his handicap (3 now) as it should be scratch to plus 1 or 2 but it is easier to hustle money with the inflated handicap. I also said he needed some work but at plus 2, he might have made the team.
