Not relevant to this year's tournament, but I just noticed that the BMW will be held around the corner from me at Castle Pines in Castle Rock (Colorado) next year. Already looking forward to catching a practice round.

I see they're having the U.S. Amateur match play tournament at Cherry Hills currently. I watched quite a bit yesterday. Also had that Korn Ferry tournament up in Berthoud in July. Lots of good golf in that area!

I'll go for sure next year but wish there was a better tour level course on the Front Range. Castle Pines sucks for viewing a lot of golf. Maybe TPC will get there but not sure if the surrounding area could support a tour stop.

Well see how this week's BMW goes as it was soft yesterday but they tore up Cherry Hills in the 2014 BMW. Broadmoor East could maybe be a venue but doubt they'd want the headache of a PGA event.

Viktor's longest birdie putt on the back nine was 12 feet 9 inches.

The vid of the 103 yr old meeting the golfers put a smile on my face that I hope to carry forward for a while. Good stuff.
