Played pebble creek last Friday. Have played plenty of times and always enjoyed it.

Got up to my eagle putt on one and three putted because Greens were worst I have ever seen out there. Dirt then grass then dirt. Grass part was super slow. Fairways had been verti cut or something similar.

Very disappointed. Not sure how long the greens take to recover

There was a grass roots eating bacteria. They're slow and furry. The non grassy portions are more on the front 9. Not to say there aren't spots on the back. I played Saturday/Sunday. It's slow but they've got to let them heal before they can get em faster. The drought didn't help, high sodium content of the water supply doesn't help either.

Going to be replacing sod on the worst spots, it was a tough summer and happened quickly. It was in great shape for Member Guest in June.

Man that was hot as balls. I don't know how people did it for 5+ hours. Was looking great though...been a steady decline since then. The drought has been a real SOB.
