I'll be intrigued if this one actually makes it. Been 2 other groups trying to do the same thing last few years but could never get it done due to water requirements for the neighborhood and the course.

Looking forward to 7 figure homes, 6 figure buy ins, and 5 figure annual dues that I can't afford!
