I'm right there with you. Since all of that RC business, I can't stand him. Such a weak RC captain. I root against him any time I see him on tv.

Blame Rickie, Scottie, Jordan, Xander, Colin, Burns and Justin as those 7 USA golfers all had losing records at the 2023 Ryder Cup. Rickie was winless while the others won a combined 6.5 total points.

Yeah, they were horrible. But Zach is an idiot for not insisting that they play competitive rounds in the build-up to the RC. Would they play only 1 competitive round in six weeks before a major? Absolutely not. The Europeans were playing on the DP World Tour and playing well. Jordan Spieth was changing diapers. The rest of them didn't care enough to make themselves ready for the RC, and that is 100% on Zach.

The RC means more to Europe than it does to us. The RC captain for USA needs to instill a love of the RC in American players.

2 players broke the course record yesterday. And now Knapp stands alone.

Looks like cut might end up being -7.

Cam is now -3 for the tournament and +1 for the day (through 4). He just bogeyed the 13th after leaving himself 61 yards on his second shot... and that is why he lost his tour card.

Chandler is -2 on the day through 8, -4 overall.

Champ finished at -7 today. Cut is -6 so he gets to play this weekend. Leaders are at -14.

Champ and Phillips with good rounds going. Phillips shot 30on the front before a couple of bogeys.

Helluva round by Chandler today. Hopefully Cam finishes strong

I post and he immediately 4 putts.

Well for what it's worth, Phillips tied for lowest round in the clubhouse. Champ next lowest.

Interesting comment here from Michael Kim in regard to Cam Champ.

Cam had another top 20 - that's 4 on the year for him. If he's making the cut he is gonna be in contention.
