How high do you hit your 7 iron with a great strike? I don't know what I figured out (which means it will be gone next time at the range) but I was consistently flying my 7 about 160 yds and 120 ft height. I'm usually at about 85-90 feet high with a similar distance.

My sand wedge goes about 90 yds….

I sense some serious exaggeration. I have never seen a sand wedge from the bunker go more than 170 yards.
You also forgot to mention the height. I'm guessing 2 feet.
