I have had titleist irons for about 8 years, the cavity backed ones - I think ap1? Whichever one is the game improvement one. Got fitted Saturday for the t350. It is the biggest and most forgiving of the t series- but man they look like blades, they are forged, and are really sweet. They should be in sometime 2 to 3 weeks. Im about a 10 handicap so i could use the t250 but I like having a little more forgiveness.

I bought the T150's last month.
Not thrilled with them.
Will sell them if anyone interested.

i hit them both and the 250s were great too, I just was used to a little bigger clubhead. They are just gorgeous clubs. They don't look like clunky cavity backs.

I'm playing the new T250 Launch Spec irons with more traditional lofts. I needed the height, spin, and stopping power. Never had the ball stop close to pitch marks on greens like this before which is fun. Beautiful clubs.

I have been gaming i210s for years. Finally got sucked into t250s after a buddy let me hit his on the sim. The numbers are so stinking good. I hit back to back near aces on par 3s on my first 18 with them, and numerous other good iron shots that have just felt hard to hit forever.

Any of you guys doing a blended set or just a straight set of 250's through the bag?

I play T150s and tried to blend in T250s for the 4 and 5 iron. I'm already a low spin player and these made it worse. It's not for everyone.

I have now happily ditched the 4 iron altogether and put a second hybrid in the bag. I'm a 3.7 index, my friends can laugh at me all they want, they still determine how many strokes they get based on my handicap. Let them laugh and take their money.

I am straight T250 launch spec, outside of my 4 iron which is a regular T250.

I launch the ball super low naturally but have a lot of power so mine are lofted even weaker than standard T250's. The T350 while more forgiving were just producing piss missiles with my swing.

250 Launch Spec 5-PW, one degree weak, 1/2 inch over. Since they don't make a four iron in the launch spec mine is a GT1 26 degree hybrid. Yes I'm a slow swinger.

I'm a 7-9 handicap and I did a fitting and ended up with similar landing angles between the 250s and 350s with of course the 350s going further being vanity lofted, so I had the thought "you need all the forgiveness you can get" and went with the 350s and honestly am regretting it after a couple of months. I'm not the world's best ball striker, but solid enough I feel like I should've been trying the 150s and 250s and deciding from there (and going to a blended set with the 150s and 250s). I was coming over from Callaway Apex.

I'm missing the feel I had in my old irons and while I'm likely getting away with a few more poor swings I find the lack of feel causes confidence problems which leads to less committed swings (yes that's a me issue) There's also times where similar swings lead to 10 yard differences due to the more forgiving face (good and bad of course) I am going to look hard at the Mizuno 925 forged after a while me thinks.

Just sharing my experience and thoughts ... no one's situation is similar!

Some people get better by hitting less forgiving irons. Forces you to focus, you build better habits (instead of the club masking your mis-hits as much), etc.

Totally normal
