I haven't, but I've heard great things. Remember to come back and give us a full report once you go.

How are you getting there? I hear there's not much in the way of airports within a few hours.

I did a 3-day trip last year and will do the same in July this year. Setup is pretty ideal for guys golf trip where it is about the golf experience, with 2 full courses and a HORSE course. The dunes course and pines course are similar in quality but with different feel as the pines course weaves closer to the river(?) with more trees and the dunes course is pretty self-explanatory. I liked the dunes better but may just be the experience I favored at the time. Cabins on property with a couple restaurants. Great experience. I hope my friend-member makes it an annual thing as I am looking forward to this second trip.

Will do!

As of now, flying into North Platte and making the drive…have some extra time on front and back end compared to most trips so we aren't rushed. Probably good w/ a 9 year old lol.

Staying near mt Rushmore one night too..and the driving through the national park. Trying to make it a fun experience for him.

The Nebraska Sand Hills are awesome. If you have time check out Wild Horse Golf Club just east of North Platte near Gothenburg.
