FRISCO, Texas -- Texas A&M women's golf head coach Gerrod Chadwell was named the WGCA Central Region Coach of the Year, the organization announced Thursday.

Chadwell has led the Aggies to a No. 4 national ranking and a program-record tying five tournament wins this season. During those five tournament victories, Chadwell utilized five different lineups.
