Our home is about 7 years old and is in need of a paint job. How much does/should a paint job costs per sq ft? I can power wash and buy the paint myself, but i dont want to sand/scrape/caulk and paint. as long as it is affordable to pay someone, i will avoid the chore.

if you know anyone good please post their info, Located in waco tx

TIA

I would suggest you post your painting project in any home improvement portal. Once you have posted your project, many painting contractors will submit bids for your project. Based on the submitted bids, contractor profile, and recent customers feedback you can select painting contractor for your home.

You are probably going to get prices all over the place. To give you an idea, we have around a 2700 sqft, 1-story, brick home. We have some siding on the back of our house by our patio, and a small area on the side off our kitchen. Aside from that, it is largely trim, soffit, doors, etc.

With that said, when I looked into it recently, I had quotes ranging from $1300 - $2400 and up. Of course, that include paint, power-washing, the whole shebang. The higher end include two coats of Sherwin Williams.
