Had a big pest problem in my front landscaping bed that led to animals digging around and me constantly removing buried seeds/weeds/etc.

Any good repellents that I can use and spray in the bed once a month?

I use this to keep my yard varmint free. Use in the back yard with a privacy fence is fun, cheap, easy. The front yard's a little harder without alarming the neighbors.

Trick is to take the screen off of the two windows with the best vantage. When the varmints are in view, crack the window open and prop up a few feet inside the house.

Live the woodlands, which is to say that neighbors do and have snitched. Need something simple and chemical-based

The only municipalities allowed by Texas Local Government Code Chapter 229 to regulate discharge of air guns are cities.

If you're in the Woodlands, then it's unincorporated Harris County or unincorporated Montgomery County - as in no city limits. I don't know who you think your neighbors are "reporting" you to, but its not illegal to fire an air gun in the Woodlands.

I had a squirrel problem after trying everything including any DIY concoctions you will find via google, I ended up ordering wolf urine online to spray around the area.
It was the only thing that worked and they have not been back in over a year after I quit spraying it.

I think they make a granular form for flower beds, etc.

Since it's not illegal to do air rifle route, I would prefer a .177 caliber. You can get in the sweet spot of about 700-800 fps and grab some more range. I think they are a little more repeatable accurate. I've been shooting pests with .22 Short out of my bolt rifle. I have a Game Expo 24 and I can't hit **** with it.

Bumping an old thread.

I have a rabbit problem and not sure how to handle. We have a fairly large yard and over the past 5 years they have completely destroyed our lawn on 2 diff occasions. We are about to do one more sod replacement and if that doesn't work we will just go artificial turf even though it could cost a fortune.

I have done Rabbit Scram but doesn't work. I don't know if I want to shoot them to be honest but will consider. Does wolf or coyote urine work better? We have such a large permitted with 2 gates sealing off would be the better part of a new artificial lawn.
