He added 800 sqft of new master bedroom, including a new bath room, closets, additional living space, etc, from the ground up, including re-doing the roofline, re-roofing, etc. For what I think is a reasonable price.

He does do smaller projects like bathroom remodels, if memory serves, and he is quick to answer questions, has great subcontractors, and will be at your house every day for at least an hour to check on progress and answer questions... really good guy.

We've recommended him to several other people and he's done a new back patio addition and remodel for our friends, and for my parents he took their screened in back porch and completely dried it in.

He will work with your budget and do it 100% or to whatever comfort level you require to take over an finish it out. For example, on our home addition, he did everything up to the texture on the walls (foundation, framing, roof, plumbing, cabinetry, insulation, drywall, float, texture, electrical, etc.), then we trimmed, painted, and all that ourselves.
