New house bathtub has a "faucet" that is more like a shelf where water is supposed to come out, but it is very low flow and not functioning properly. I don't know how to access it to see if it is clogged or needs to be cleaned out. Have not had a chance to clean the opening to see if that helps, but I am not sure how much that would help.

Any ideas?
