Howdy all - A few months ago I posted about a big, custom copper/stainless hood that was going to be for sale. The hood has been uninstalled and is now ready for pick-up if anyone wants it. I paid over $11K for this back in '08. I'll sell it for $1,950. Should be worth that alone in scrap!

Anyway - it's big and heavy but it works perfectly (1200 CFM blower, lights, etc.) This thing is awesome... just didn't fit the new kitchen remodel. Dimensions are 72" tall x 68" wide x 30" deep. Shoot me a text at Seven One Three 851-26 Five Zero for more info. I'm in Magnolia BTW.

Bump - I've been busy and haven't really put any effort into selling the hood... so I still have it. Any homebuilders or remodelers looking for something unique at a fraction of the cost? Just for reference, that Thermador hood insert and blower alone costs over $3k.

Yup- it's a steal for the right buyer…. but if you're not in the home building business or doing a remodel, probably a slim audience. I'll probably bump it on here from time to time just to see what pops up.
