This pear tree is about 4-5 years old and have never had issues with it. This year after it bloomed some of the leaves started dying. I did a quick Google search and the popular responses were "fire blight". If it is, any advice for treatment?

According to the below article, I am guessing the Fire Blight spray and Copper Fungicide I bought on Amazon will not clear it up this season. The only option this season is to prune every branch impacted.

Affected trees can be treated with a copper fungicide or antibiotics, but ONLY DURING THE BLOOMING PERIOD.
