I have a lot of reminders on my phone to manage my home maintenance cycle. Start seeing a lot of them pop-up this week. Here's my list for the Spring:
- Bleach HVAC drains
- Swap HVAC filters
- Aerate Yard (Good time to check sprinkler heads)
- Cycle water heater pressure relief valves
- Check smoke alarms
- Check fire extinguishers
- Clean garage freezer coils
- Clean dryer vent out (mine is super long and has a booster pump)
- Swap RO filters
- Swap whole home water filters
- Check salt levels in softener

Drain crud out of water heat if a tank type (x2/yr)
Clean windows
Replant hanging baskets
Plant new cannas/et al.
Inspect roofing, flashing & any trim paint touchup
Septic calendar check, i.e. what to pump - if any, etc.

June always kills an appliance, so preview "shopping" replacements for the older ones
