Repair or replace dual pane windows?

We have two window issues - the main one is we have a window that is leaking seemingly through the vinyl frame when it rains and the wind blows in certain directions. I circled the area that is leaking in light blue. The seals for those two windows have broken too because they're hazy inside. Based on the damage to the windowsill it's been happening for a while (we bought a couple months ago and that was a happy surprise).

Can this be repaired or do all of those windows need to be replaced? It's a set of three windows so I'd rather fix than replace if possible. I'm not sure what brand they are either, there are no markings on any of them.

Second is a window that looks like it got hit with a pellet gun and it went through the outside glass but the inside pane is fine.

Any recommendations for someone who could fix or replace these in w Houston would be great too. I have no idea where to start with this since I don't know what brand of window they are but obviously would want them to match

The glass panel is a unit, and can sometimes be replaced.

What you are looking for is an IGU (insulated glass unit) replacement. I have never done it, but know others who have. Sorry, can't recommend anyone, but it should be more affordable than repacking the whole thing.

If you're in the Houston area, I've had a good experience with glass doctor.
