Our backyard is about an acre - right now there's a small yard and then the rest is mostly wooded.

We are considering upgrading our backyard with some or all of the following:

- clear out brush/woods
- add shop/garage
- add driveway around main house for shop access
- fire pit
- new sod and landscaping
- possible pool

I'm looking for someone who can take our survey and draft a design. We are located in CS, but I guess don't necessarily need someone local. Although I do think it would be helpful to visit on-site.

Sounds like you need help crafting a vision of what it could be, and nailing down how you really want to use it. The pool and/or firepit could really make for a lot of engagement time with others if desired. With that much space, you could really turn it into an asset.

You nailed it. Taking our wants and turning it into a vision is spot on. I feel like once we have a design drafted (and approved by HOA) I could contract it myself, potentially.

I'd be happy to discuss your project further. I own a landscaping company in BCS. We design in 2D and 3D, install, etc…
