I have a food trailer for catering sporting events and our merch refrigerator gasket started peeling off. It's been getting worse and I need to get it put back on correctly because it's slowing us down. I've searched YouTube, google, etc. and can't find any information on installing this seal. It looks almost as though I have to take something apart for it to fit back in. Any experience/advice for me to get this back in?

All of the other videos I saw just showed people pushing them back into the tracks, but I can't get that to happen here. The tracks see very small, almost to where it seems like you need a special tool or need to loosen the track to get the gasket back in. Thank you.
